Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 6, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password. If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In), we receive your name and email address from that provider.
Business Information
As a SaaS platform for house cleaning businesses, we collect information related to your business operations, including client names, addresses, appointment schedules, service details, and payment information that you enter into the App.
Location Data
We collect location information to support core features such as job routing, client address mapping, and service area management. This may include GPS data from your device and addresses you enter manually.
Background Location (CBF Flo Field app)
If you are a field employee using the CBF Flo Field mobile app, we collect your device’s precise GPS location during your active work shift. On-shift location is used to verify clock-in at job sites, let dispatchers coordinate jobs in real time, and calculate travel between jobs. Location tracking runs in the background — including when the app is closed or not in use — for the duration of your shift, and stops automatically when you end your day or your shift is ended. Your on-shift location is shared with the business that employs you (the account holder) so they can coordinate work. We do not track your location while you are off shift, and any location reports received outside an active shift are discarded. Your device shows a visible indicator whenever background location is active, and you can revoke location access at any time in your device settings; your employer may require location access for clock-in features.
Device and Usage Data
We automatically collect device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers), app usage data (features used, session duration, actions taken), crash reports, and performance data through Firebase and Google Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the CBF FLO platform, including managing your account, processing business operations (scheduling, routing, client management), sending service-related notifications and communications, analyzing usage patterns to improve the App’s features and performance, diagnosing technical issues and fixing bugs, and complying with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect and process your data:
Firebase (Google LLC) — We use Firebase for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and cloud infrastructure. Firebase collects device identifiers, usage data, and crash logs. Firebase’s privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Google Analytics (Google LLC) — We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. It collects usage data, session information, and device data. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Authentication Providers — If you choose to sign in with Google, Apple, or another third-party provider, that provider shares your name and email with us according to their own privacy policies.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following circumstances: with the third-party service providers described above, who process data on our behalf; when required by law, regulation, or legal process; to protect the rights, safety, or property of J&D Brand Ventures, Inc., our users, or the public; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified of any change in data handling practices.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure cloud infrastructure through Firebase, and access controls limiting who can access your data. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@cbfflo.com. If you are a field employee, your account is provisioned by your employer; you may also ask your employer to remove your account, and we will delete or anonymize the associated personal data. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain data processing, request portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@cbfflo.com.
8. Children’s Privacy
CBF FLO is designed for business professionals and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of CBF FLO after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
